Role Overview:
The MarTech Team Lead will oversee the technical strategy and implementation of marketing technology solutions for the Customer Value Management (CVM) product team. This role will focus on managing the integration and operations of platforms like Insider and leading the development of application front-end features to optimize customer experiences and reduce drop-off rates. The successful candidate will work closely with the CVM Product Owner and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Insider Integration and Operations:
o Lead the integration of the Martech platforms into the bank’s existing systems, ensuring smooth and effective operations across all customer engagement touchpoints.
o Manage ongoing operations of Martech platforms for personalized messaging, campaign automation, and cross-channel marketing efforts.
o Monitor performance and functionality of the Martech platform, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
o Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to leverage Insider for targeted campaigns, customer segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
2. Application Front-end Development:
o Oversee the development of front-end features for customer-facing applications, focusing on enhancing user experience and functionality.
o Work with UI/UX designers and developers to create intuitive and seamless interfaces that improve customer interactions with CVM products.
o Ensure front-end development aligns with marketing goals, such as personalization, engagement, and conversion optimization.
3. Drop-off Measurement and Optimization:
o Implement tools and strategies to measure customer drop-off rates across various touchpoints in the customer journey, particularly within the application front end.
o Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and areas where customers abandon processes, using insights to propose and implement solutions that reduce drop-off rates.
o Work with cross-functional teams to optimize funnels and enhance customer retention, leveraging A/B testing, personalization, and behavioral analysis.
4. Marketing Technology Management:
o Oversee the MarTech stack, ensuring all systems (CRM, analytics, CMS, etc.) work together to enable seamless marketing execution and data flow.
o Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new MarTech solutions that support the team’s marketing goals and customer engagement strategies.
o Stay updated on the latest MarTech trends and tools, continuously improving the technology infrastructure to support evolving business needs.
5. Data-Driven Campaigns and Personalization:
o Collaborate with the marketing, data analytics, and product teams to build personalized, data-driven customer journeys and campaigns.
o Ensure that marketing technology infrastructure supports real-time data collection, segmentation, and personalized communications for improved customer engagement.
o Leverage data analytics and insights to optimize customer value management strategies, ensuring high ROI for marketing initiatives.
6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
o Lead a team of MarTech specialists, developers, and data analysts, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure successful delivery of MarTech solutions.
o Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and IT teams to align MarTech initiatives with overall business objectives.
o Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, promoting the sharing of ideas and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge of MarTech platforms, with specific experience in Insider or similar customer engagement platforms.
• Experience in front-end development and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in tools and methods for drop-off measurement, conversion optimization, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
