The Performance Marketing Expert will play a key role in driving customer engagement and value for the CVM product team through data-driven marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for building a comprehensive library of performance marketing use cases, developing communication strategies leveraging gamification, and enhancing customer personalization efforts. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver impactful, measurable marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Development of a Library of Performance Marketing Use Cases:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of performance marketing use cases that support customer engagement, acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Document and optimize successful marketing experiments, campaigns, and strategies that can be reused across different product and customer segments.
- Continuously monitor the performance of existing marketing efforts, refining the use-case library based on insights and lessons learned.
2. Communication Strategies & Gamification:
- Develop innovative communication strategies that incorporate gamification elements to increase customer interaction and engagement with CVM products.
- Design marketing messages and campaigns that resonate with different customer segments, using gamified rewards, challenges, and personalized content to boost engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement gamification mechanics in product design and marketing touchpoints, ensuring seamless integration into the customer journey.
3. Customer Personalization:
- Lead initiatives to improve customer personalization by leveraging data-driven insights, segmentation, and behavioral analytics.
- Work closely with the data analytics and MarTech teams to create personalized marketing campaigns and experiences that drive conversion and retention.
- Use customer data to develop hyper-targeted messaging, product offers, and engagement strategies that increase lifetime value and enhance the customer experience.
4. Performance Marketing Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaign performance using key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement levels, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize A/B testing, multi-channel attribution, and other analytical tools to refine marketing strategies and maximize performance across all digital platforms.
- Develop and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
5. Cross-Channel Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, email, and in-app messaging.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall CVM product strategy and contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and value growth.
- Coordinate with the creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.
6. Customer Journey Optimization:
- Identify drop-off points and friction in the customer journey, using data and insights to optimize customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product teams to implement changes that streamline the user experience and drive higher conversions.
- Ensure that personalized marketing messages align with customer behaviors and preferences at each stage of the journey.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or customer value management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record in driving performance marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing technology platforms.
- Experience in gamification strategies and customer engagement mechanics is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using performance marketing tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads, and A/B testing platforms.
